Returns

Our commitment to quality is absolute. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date.

Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Process

To initiate a return, please visit our Contact page or email us at care@thornborn.com with your order number. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for domestic returns.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are processed free of charge. If you need a different size or color, please indicate this when contacting us.
